Contact & Pressure: Exploring the Dynamic of Personal and Interpersonal Relationships — Tahoe Somatic Retreats – October 2010

Contact & Pressure:

Exploring the Dynamic of Personal and Interpersonal Relationships

Friday, October 22nd – Sunday, October 24th 2010

“Pressure is the animate voice of our existence saying back to us that we are embedded in the pulsatory waves of life. It is an orienting to the tidal pulse within us, and to the ocean of excitatory currents around us. Over time our responses to internal and external pressures, the genetic, developmental and environmental urgings of our life, form the structures that are our body and the basis of our reality. This ongoing responsiveness stimulates the neural muscular fascial interweavings of the continuous membrane of our body wall that relates inside to outside, translates movement into experience, and gives form to the matrix of our identity.”
