Differentiation is an important aspect of the Feldenkrais Method. Through differentiation we can recognize and respect the behavioral choice we ourselves or someone else is currently making; suggest and invite new functional choices that emerge out of and in relation to current behavior; encourage emergent learning; and orient learning to empower individuals to grow, develop, and form functional, sustainable behaviors.

In this workshop, we will engage in Awareness through Movement, experiential exploration, and discussion to investigate aspects and applications of differentiation in the Feldenkrais Method.
