All of life pulses, around us and within us. It is our biological inheritance. How we dance with this gift of pulsation influences how we grow and form our personal lives.

Surrounded by the majestic beauty of Lake Tahoe, come join us and enjoy the support of a community of people committed to embodied living. Using formative principles as a foundation, this workshop incorporates guided movement explorations from three distinct practices — the Feldenkrais Method®, Formative Psychology® and Aikido.

No previous experience is required — beginners are welcome.
