We have rhythm in how we walk, in how we breathe and speak, in how blood moves through our arteries, in how we cycle between rest and activity. How do we shape our internal polyrhythms in response to the constant pull of gravity? How do we pace ourselves? What joy can we cultivate as we stand and walk on two feet?
This workshop will explore how we developed and continue to develop our ability to move upright through space. Originally designed for somatic practitioners wanting to learni from scoliosis, the workshop is now open to anyone willing to explore spinal curvature in action with patience, compassion and humor.
