We are continuously in motion, either moving through the environment around us, or as the environment of our bodily self. How we make experience, emotion and meaning from these patterns of movement, and how we can participate in this process is the focus of the workshop.

*Peter Wright and I have co-lead many retreats and workshops together. Peter is a highly skilled Somatic Psychotherapist in private practice in the Bay Area. He has many years of personal and professional studies with the founder of Formative Psychology, Stanley Keleman, which has deepened his understanding of human behavior and provides the primary frame for his work.
