Our bodies are our source and foundation for learning, personal growth and self expression
Our bodies are not just a resource or a tool for us to use, our bodies are our very source and foundation for personal growth, learning and self-expression.
In this workshop, we will engage in quiet, small movement practices which delve into how you physically approach and organize yourself to move. We will apply the teachings and approach of Stanley Keleman’s Formative Psychology® to Awareness through Movement lessons from the Feldenkrais Method.
By working directly with the somatic patterns of how you physically form your behavior and how you organize yourself to move, you will engage in the ongoing, evolving inner dance of your emotional body-mind and how you can participate in the forming of your personal expression. This deepens self-contact and encourages a responsive resiliency within your own somatic self as you move through your life.
