Gentle Strength: Creating Inner Ease and Forming a Kind Path Forward in the Face of Challenge
Nature is powerful.
This workshop will delve into how you approach and relate to powerful forces, from the world around you and from within you.
In the face of challenge, how do you create inner ease, and form for yourself a kind path forward? How do you take this into your relationships with others?
In this workshop, we will work at the juncture where nature meets nurture, where instinct meets self-influence, where we can grow and form a satisfying, sustainable, personal way of being in the world.
This workshop is deeply informed by the perspective and approach of Stanley Keleman’s Formative Psychology®. Through this lens, we will engage in Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons and other body practices based on principles from Aikido.
